Message I would say the same for you Harry in the way you generalized your statements. You fail to realize a few things that seem apparent when racing. I don't care how you slice it if one is buying or building an engine with 100% forged internals and has XYZ done to their assembly in the way of upgrades in performance it is by "definition" a racing engine.

Now does that mean they go out and race like a pro?...nah. It just means they want the luxury of performance and that is quite alright. But don't sit here and tell me that with the amount of customers out there investing thousands into their engine that it isn't a racing engine.

Why would I tell my customers to rebuild after every 10K? Many of them never use the engines built in that manner. In the same hand others are wanting dry sump setups and other systems that not normally (rarely) found on a car that is driven on the street. Im just as realistic as the next but I'm not going to sugar coat a project nor a build just to appease a target audience. It is what it is...and I'm not saying thats a bad thing in any way shape or form.
